I did 900 miles of touring this last summer, pulling a kid carrier(on standard bike). Now thinking I want a recumbent trike, I am wondering if a rearview mirror can be put on that will enable me to see past buggy, as I am heavily mirror dependent. Especially with wide load on roads with narrow shoulders. Can any one give me some info. I am thinking of the Greenspeed GT 26. Thanks

This might help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3znEEWKORM0 . If you are handy you can make a flexible shaft mirror. Or buy one of these.

Thanks Jerry, I had watched the vid, maybe I better get the trike then figure out what i want. Thinking just the canopy bar on one side. As on my last trip we had about 3 days of 40 mph cross wind. (standard bike)
